Zion Postcards
Zion National Park is one of the most visited national parks in the country, and it has an increasing focus on managing driving traffic throughout the park. As a way to explore this, we used archival found postcards of Zion, and highlighted the roads through using reflective glass beads that are applied to road marking (like the white and yellow lines you find on every street). We are also interested in the postcard as a form of representing presence, not dissimilar to a social media post might be used now. This is a series of approximately 30 unique collages.
